CLASS DESCRIPTION

Are you looking for ways to keep your homeschooled or virtual learning student active while they learn from home?

Homeschool P.E. is a once-a-week program designed to expose students who are educated at home to a variety of skills through activities, sports, and fitness exercises.

Our goal is to provide a fun, active program in a Christian environment where students not only learn the technical skills of a sport or activity, but also important values such as teamwork, cooperation, and sportsmanship.

Students (Ages 4-14) will participate in six to eight units, and each unit is designed for the appropriate grade level. Younger students will learn how to throw, catch, and kick through modified games, while older students will learn the rules and strategies of a sport or the proper technique of a fitness exercise.

Classes are offered in the spring, fall, and winter.

COURSE COST

• $99 per child per session.

CLASS INFORMATION

Payment & Refund Policy 

• Full payment required at time of registration.

• Payment is non-refundable and non-transferable.

• Beachmont reserves the right to cancel classes if a class does not meet the minimum requirement of students.

• Refunds will only be issued in the event of a medical concern, a doctor’s order or major medical emergency (broken bone, sprain, etc.), and if approved by Beachmont. A medical certificate is required with refund requests.

• There will be no refunds for days missed due to illnesses such as the common cold, strep throat, flu, etc. There will be no refunds for days missed due to conflicts of schedule.

Registration for each class closes a week before the start date.

HIGH SCHOOL HELPERS

Do you know a high school student who could use some extra service hours? Apply to be an assistant to a Homeschool P.E. teacher! An assistant’s primary responsibilities include helping the teacher set up the field, working with the students on their skills, and helping to put all equipment away. Space is limited, so apply early to be accepted.
