Deanna keeps everything super organized and running smoothly. She has been involved at Beachmont since 1999 and came on full-time in 2009. When she isn’t working, Deanna enjoys spending time with her family, listening to Rend Collective, and all things outdoors.

Pam handles all of Beachmont’s financial and human resource matters. She also ensures camp licenses and various certifications are up-to-date. Christmas is her favorite holiday and she listens to Christmas music all year long!

Joe oversees Day Camp and other Beachmont programs, and is responsible for hiring and training summer staff and developing devotions. In his spare time, Joe loves swimming, eating Delta Pizza, playing with his children.

Allison serves as the welcoming committee and administrative support that we as staff desperately need. Allison lives in Fallston with her husband, Ryan, their two sons, Logan and Rocco, and enjoys playing competitive games.

Sammie joined our team in the Fall of 2023, she creates marketing content and leads engagement with Beachmont’s community online. Sammie loves spending time with her husband, Seth, being part of teen ministry at her church, and being outside- no matter the weather!

Nicole has been serving on Summer Staff since 2016, and now helps oversee Day Camp as well as Beachmont's other programs. When not working, Nicole enjoys spending time with her husband, Jordan, creating art, reading, and spending time in the sunshine.

Elisabeth assists with all of Beachmont’s finance office needs. She enjoys playing and teaching piano, going on walks, and spending time with friends and family. Elisabeth loves summer and looks forward to the warm weather all year long!

Andrew oversees facilities management and new construction on Beachmont’s campus. In his free time, Andrew enjoys spending time with his wife, MacKenzie, their daughters, and their dogs. He also likes building various things, hiking, kayaking, and riding a motorcycle.

Caroline helps keep our office organized and productive, providing assistance to the entire Beachmont office team. Caroline loves capturing life’s adventures through photography and is always up for a camping trip and a cup of coffee!

Clark works on the front lines of our campus improvements and helps keep the Beachmont property running efficiently. Clark enjoys working out, shooting, and anything outdoors.

Stewart began serving at Beachmont in 2018 and is responsible for staff development, strategic planning, capital projects, developing ministry partnerships, and serves as the staff liaison to the Board of Directors. Along with his wife, Heidi, their family resides on a small farmette with a bunch of critters - both wild and domestic. Stewart is most at home serving others and being outside and also enjoys trail running, hiking, history, and geography.
