Register Now/Access Account

Camp Hours

Camp hours are 10am-4pm. Beachmont staggers arrival and departure times of our campers, based on group number. Please arrive 5 minutes before your scheduled time to allow for parking and walking to the drop-off area.

  • Families with campers in Groups 1-8 only: Drop Off - 9:35am / Pick-Up - 3:50pm

  • Families with campers in Groups 1-8 & 9-17: Drop Off - 9:45am / Pick-Up - 4:00pm

  • Families with campers in Groups 9-17 only: Drop Off - 9:50am / Pick-Up 4:10pm

Extended Care

Extended Care is a supervised free-play and activity time offered before and after camp hours.

This service is located at the Lower Pavilion except for Friday Afternoon care which will be held in the Gym.  Registration is available during Camp registration but not required for this service; drop in campers are accepted. All drop in guests must pay cash in full at the time of drop-off/pick-up.

  • Hours:

    • Morning 8:00-10:00 a.m. (The latest drop-off time is 9:30am)

    • Afternoon 4:00-6:00 p.m. (The earliest pick-up time is 4:30pm)

  • Cost: $10/morning & $10/afternoon

Frozen treats are available for pre-purchase/purchase during Afternoon Extended Care. Beachmont does not offer any food options during Morning Extended Care, but please feel free to send a snack with your child.
