Camp Hours

Camp hours are 10am-4pm. Beachmont staggers arrival and departure times of our campers, based on age. Please arrive 5 minutes before your scheduled time to allow for parking and walking to the drop-off area.

  • Families with campers Ages 4-7 only: Drop Off - 9:35am / Pick-Up - 3:50pm

  • Families with campers Ages 8-13 only: Drop Off - 9:50am / Pick-Up 4:10pm

  • Families with campers in both age groups (Ages 4-7 & Ages 8-13): Drop Off - 9:45am / Pick-Up - 4:00pm

Payment Information

  • A $75 deposit (non-refundable and non-transferable) is required per child, per session, and full payment is required for session options (lunch, t-shirt, etc.) at the time of registration.

  • The remaining balance must be paid by May 1. If the remaining balance is paid after May 1, a late fee of $75 will be added to your account.

  • If registering after May 1, full payment is required (no late fee). No refunds of all fees paid.

  • Balances not paid by June 1 will cause loss of your child’s spot in camp without refund of all fees paid.

  • Returned check and ACH e-check fee: $75.

Refund Policy

  • Requests for a refund will be granted (minus the non-refundable and non-transferable deposit and credit card surcharge fees) until April 30.

  • After April 30, refunds (minus the non-refundable and non-transferable deposit, credit card surcharge fees, Extended Care, Extended Care frozen treats, lunches, concessions, and t-shirts) will only be issued in the event of a medical concern, a doctor’s order, or major medical emergency (broken bone, sprain, etc.), and if approved by Beachmont. A medical certificate is required with refund requests.

    • There will be no refunds for days missed due to common illnesses such as the common cold, strep throat, flu, etc. There will be no refunds or prorations due to school system calendar extensions. This refund policy applies to Extended Care fees, Extended Care frozen treats, lunch fees, concession fees, and t-shirt fees.
