Junior Counselor Program

Make a difference this summer!

Junior Counselors are crucial members of Beachmont’s Day Camp program. As a Junior Counselor, you have the chance to work closely with Summer Staff, provide a great experience for young campers, have fun, and earn community service hours!

Junior Counselors must be ages 14-17 to apply. JC’s are able to serve for one camp session or multiple (Junior Counselor’s who are 14-years-old may serve a maximum of two sessions).

First Year JC Orientation | Tuesday, May 20, 2025 from 6:30-8:30 pm

  • assisting in Groups 7-14 (with children ages 8-13),

  • assisting the Pool Staff with the day-to-day pool operations,

  • working with the General Assistants to support overall camp operations.
